ccn9's total liability to any User for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes ccn9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
